I lived here for 2 years. I was paying 1452.00 for a tiny one bedroom. I was paying over 100.00 for water bill. I moved out 2 months early. They are sending me an email to pay my rent anyways. I live in my car good luck. Maintenance was awesome people

I been here for over a year now, I am trying to leave… the water bill is ridiculous. When I first moved in it was reasonable but now it just seems that I am getting charged for all that water that is running out in the street. So many bugs with those new lights they decided to put out. The staff and the maintenance team are very hard working people. It just ridiculous.

This is my honest opinion on this Apartment complex I have been living here for 5 years now honestly when I first moved here in 2020 it was perfect no complaints now it went down hill every year I stayed. Now the complex is terrible as the leasing office changed to new management and the leasing office staff are disrespectful and don’t care about their residents.Not to mention increase in the water & swage bill cost and the constant increase in rent every year! All they offer is complementary carpet cleaning upon renewal of your lease how about a discount for being a long term residence It has been an increase of criminal activity here my car has been broken into multiple times and it has been a shooting here in the complex last week Dec. 2025. Decent apartment but maintenance sucks when there is an issue. When you move they will keep your security deposit even though you were not at fault. We had a water leak from upstairs apartment that caused 3 inches of water in our apartment. When we moved a month later due to mold and the closet smelling from it we were charged for new carpet, a door that maintenance took off and cleaning. No one will respond to us after they sent us the breakdown when we questioned where our security deposit was.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I had to break my lease with this complex, for personal reasons. Of course there was a lease breaking fee which this complex has changed 3 different times despite me having IN WRITING what the final cost would be. I have sent an email to the email provided in the response to this review. NO RESPONSE, I was told I would receive a call back in order to set up an arrangement and hold off on it being sent to collections, never got a call back and have tried several times since then. I have got repeated email threats saying its going to be sent to collections, and now apparently it is being sent and they cant even answer the phone. I myself have tried MULTIPLE times to get in contact with them about setting up a payment arrangement so it wouldn't get sent to collections. Y
