The Fairway Apartments Tulsa

I have lived here for 4 years now. Liz has done a better job than the other 2 office managers before her. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and pest control comes every 2 weeks. Everything works in my apartment and there are inspections to make sure everyone's apartment is clean. I'm satisfied living here.

Amazing atmosphere, had amazing communication skills would definitely recommend someone to live in these apartments

I just stayed here for two weeks and I can say that I enjoyed it. I didn't see any mice in my unit, but I did see two outside dead. I didn't see the roach infestations that many speak of, but I did notice a lot of water Beatles around. The residents were friendly and the maintenance man needs a raise in my opinion because he goes above and beyond on his duties. The manager here is sweet and follows the rules to the max.. is why she is hated on. She is very good at her job and organized. The only problem I encountered was the homeless population making a mess of the property in which I made them clean up and there is not enough parking spots. Otherwise, this is a nice and peaceful property.

apartments are easy to find very luxurious big skyscraper like there's a guard at the front gate and there is a exit back gate it's very nice inside they are doing construction on it but other than that all around pretty nice place

From start to finish Liz, the property manager was very prompt; punctual, professional, and just overall quite pleasant to work with. The units are in great condition and the maintenance guy seems to also take pride in what he does. I give this complex a 5 out of 5.
