The Fairway Apartments

I came yesterday because I am apartment shopping for some friends who want to come live in Dallas, and Jackie gave me an amazing experience. She was patient and informative with all my questions, showed me options for the apartments while also giving me a full tour of all the amenities the property has. Even tho it was not for me, she took the time and never made me feel rushed like I’ve felt in other places. Such a good experience 💕

Jessica is an amazing assistant property manager! She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. She communicates clearly, follows up, and truly makes you feel heard. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the residents. She’s a big reason the community feels well managed. Highly recommend!

If Customer Service was a name it would be Isabelle G. Soon as I walked in the door she greeted me with so much sincere passion. What an amazing tour! I'm very impressed. I LOVE IT!!!

I called in & spoke with an employee named Jackie. She was professional, sweet & explained to me throughly the entire process. I’m looking forwards to hopefully renting with them in the near future. Excellent customer service!

The lady didn’t even walk up to greet us say hello, get out of her desk. It felt like we were an inconvenience. We drove 45 min for really absolutely nothing. Didn’t show us any options. Just getting us out the door. You think with a lot of an availability at this property we just got pushed out. Just like that nothing just waisted our time. It was just horrible without being rude I think. It was just a horrible experience. Never got up , never said hello just going thru the process. Didn’t really get any kind of tour. Make it make sense. If we didn t ask she didn’t tell lol. Any really worst experience apartment shopping.
