Do not live here under any circumstance. As others have said, the only redeeming qualities of the facility are the brewery, Manny the maintainence employee, and quick maintainence turn around. I personally have not had good experiences with Brenda or management from the property. They overcharged me rent for my last month 700 dollars, charged for a garage pass that I turned in several days prior, and messed up my security deposit to which they still owe me money. As others have noted, the place is covered in trash, dog poop, dog pee, leaks, mold etc. My apartments water would frequently coagulate and become thick with alage or some other substance after a day sitting out. The good reviews for this place are practically bought. Look at how nearly every single good review is someone who just moved in. They have you leave a five star review as part of moving in. These places are revolting. You will pay near luxury apartment prices for no windows and water that should not be considered drinkable. I would fill a cup with water, forget about it for maybe a day or two, go to dump it and it would have coagulated. Both myself, my partner, and our cats had HORRIBLE stomach problems while living here. We had to change the shower curtain every other week due to mold, the toilets would be full of mold and residue after just a few days. You HAVE to clean them every 3-4 days. I had the pleasure of living here since returning from my 3rd deployment at the beginning of 2022. Brenda has been the best property manager, I had the pleasure of speaking to. Any issue I had she made sure she addressed them in a timely manner. Always friendly when you walked around the property giving tours or even taking the time to as we say in the military area beautification ( making sure there was no trash on ground around the property). Even when I had issue during my deployment last year when I decided to keep my lease while overseas, Brenda and her staff kept me well informed on any changes that occurred while I was gone. This place has SO MUCH potential, but there are STILL SEVERAL issues to fix to keep tenants happy. There’s a reason so many break their leases early or don’t renew after their initial contract. Explore other options before renting here... Pros: Brenda, one of the property managers, is super nice and open to hearing concerns. Manny, a maintenance worker, is incredibly hard-working, highly responsive to texts/calls, and truly helpful. Without him, this place would be unlivable. The loft layout is spacious for a one-bedroom, and the tall ceilings are a great bonus. Everything is new, and any issues I had were usually fixed within a week, sometimes the next day. We have lived at The Factory now since July 2025. The experience has been good! There are some minor issues but overall we have had a good experience. We live in the original building #3 next to the brewery. We live across from the gym and can easily access it and the club house. So thats a huge plus in addition to the brewery. The parking situation while construction is ongoing with the other buildings is honestly sucking because of lack of spaces but its not the end of the world. Construction noise next to our building is not the worst and management, specially Brenda has been great. We actually are looking forward to their new 2 bedroom units to look into. Utilities included so definitely worth it.
