Surprised I didn’t leave a review when I lived here. I lived here in 2021-2022 and it was horrible. I was on the top floor and could hear people having conversations in the parking lot. I would have to park super far from my actual apartment and walk through rain or snow (it did snow one time but it was worth mentioning lol). The hot water lasted 5 minutes. I couldn’t fill the tub to take a bath. I would literally boil pots of water to have a warm bath. I hated this apartment honestly.

Pretty decent place overall, but could use some improvements PROS: - the gym, pool, other common areas are really nice though they can get pretty crowded - really convenient location - Staff does a pretty good job, especially the maintenance people. They usually help you the day of your maintenance request or by the next day at the latest. CONS: - the parking is HORRIBLE. If possible, try to live as close to the gate as that is where the parking is most abundant - There is not a lot of insulation between walls/floors. I could constantly hear my neighbors and hear from others that apartments not on the top floor were burdened with hearing the footsteps of people upstairs - Hot water only lasts a maximum of 10 minutes, good luck ever trying to take a hot bath - Staff seldom answers their ph

I would NOT move here. I’m a current resident since 3 months ago and the lack of communication, parking and QUALITY of the apartment is something to beware of. I’m if I could give 0 stars I would, gladly. My biggest problem is the amount I’m paying for one of the most poorly built apartments I’ve ever leased. Hot Water does not last more than 8 min, and I’m not exaggerating. I live on the second floor and I can hear people beside me and above me, especially. It is constant stomping and sliding of what sounds like giant furniture. I’m almost positive that they are simply walking.. that is how terrible this apartment was structurally built. Agents horrible at contacting you back in a timely manner. When we finally got everything squared away; took even longer to contact about how to pay deposit and get keys. Will not let you tour your own unit until after you sign the lease, did not provide any quality assurance checklist to fill out, sketchy. Unit infested with spiders and other bugs. Appliances installed poorly. Cabinet damage along with chips and cracks all throughout bathroom and kitchen. Doorknobs practically falling off. Good luck finding someone who will actually take the time to go over what your issues are without ignoring your questions and concerns.

Would give it 0 stars if i could. Let me start with the built quality of the apartments. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors TV and conversations. The management doesnt do anything if you report about noise concern. We couldnt even get a goodnight sleep becuase of the noise we would have to deal. The staff in the office is no help at all. Asked them about clubhouse internet password and they said they didnt know. Bottom line, avoid living here if you can.
