The Exchange at Bayfront

I've only been here a month and I'm enjoying the property. It's quiet, it's well kept and my apartment is much bigger than it appeared when I viewed it vacant. I'm still getting acclimated to the open-concept and have become creative with storage. Maintenance requests responsiveness has also been great! The property is very dog friendly however I wish there was more green space in the gated garden portion of the property. I prefer not to go outside the gates late at night and the doggie relief area is fairly small for such a big property with so many big dogs. Other than that, I'm thankful to live somewhere so close to nice walking trails, and close proximity to grocery stores and shopping. Hopefully the city of Hercules will begin construction on the already approved ferry building acr

Lived here for a little over 3 years and only moved due to work relocation. We loved everything about the property and its location being tucked away and right on the water. Maintainence staff were awesome and very responsive. Amenities like the gym and pet spa were fantastic as well. Going to miss this place.

I love this place! Best apartments I’ve ever lived at! Thanks to Nikki for getting us in so quickly and making move-in a breeze. From day one we were greeted by tenants, making us feel at home. Every time I come home I feel like I’m walking into a 5 star hotel and it smells great inside. The apartment complex is kept clean, especially the amenities. This past year has been amazing.

It’s a shame that the “community “ courtyard constantly smell like dogs piss and shit all the time. There is always rotting and decaying dog feces all around the courtyard. No one cleans it up it . The property management just lets it sit there. We have janitors that refuse to clean up. Soon as you walk outside into the courtyard you are met with the strong order of dog piss because the dog owners guid their dogs to ppiss right in front of the door. The advertising says yoga lawn but that is actually a dog litter box . It’s sad that the outdoor seating and fireplaces are never used because it smells horrible. No one want to smell dog shit and piss while relaxing. They should ban dogs from the courtyard!

I have a great time here at the Exchange. The Amenities are Great and the Management is excellent. Friendly and Courteous at all times. Jordan the Maintenance Manager has always been very cordial, helpful, and has always fixed anything that arose. It is truly a wonderful place to live.
