The Everett Apartments

I absolutely love The Everett Apts. It's a huge property, but the majority of buildings are very private because of the amount of trees the surround each building. This creates separation between each building and makes you feel like you have your own space. The staff of fantastic, and any time I need something, they are very willing to help.

Working with The Everett Apartments was a great experience. The management team was professional, responsive, and well-organized. From start to finish, they set clear expectations and provided timely information, making our work smooth and efficient. Their proactive approach helped avoid delays. The facility is well-maintained, and vendor access was hassle-free. A big shout out to Omar, their community director who was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to other vendors. You can tell they are committed to improving the resident experience.
