The Estates at Horsepen Luxury Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Estates at Horsepen Luxury Apartments, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Reese and Jordan were especially amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the apartments and the application process. The tour was thorough and gave me a great sense of the community and amenities. The application process was smooth and straightforward, which made it even easier to consider making this my new home. I love the estates!! The staff is so sweet and the community feels safe and is so conveniently located (close to restaurants and shopping and the highway)! They are also super pet friendly and the grounds are so well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a step up from an apartment but not quite ready for a house!

We have been living here for several years and we love it!! The staff is wonderful, always helpful with any of our needs!! My neighbor's are the best !! Wonderful community to live in!!

Ive lived with the estates since 2022 and the current team is the reason why I will keep renewing and renewing my lease forever. Anthony, Deonte, Blake, Jordan and Diana have all been incredibly helpful and friendly. Repairs are scheduled immediately and service is amazing. Can’t recommend it enough

The leasing team here is fantastic! Diana, Jordan, and Reese always go above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of.
