The Enclaves

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Miss Robin regarding a rental appointment. We scheduled an appointment to view an apartment, and I took time out of my day to attend as agreed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed by Miss Robin that the apartment was already gone. I was never notified in advance that the unit was no longer available. This experience felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Clear communication is important, especially when it comes to housing arrangements, and I believe this situation could have been handled much better. I value Gateway Residential’s reputation and hope that steps will be taken to ensure future customers are treated with more consideration.

The place is full of roaches, they do not do much about it and they make sure to let you know that you are bothering them. Both maintenance and front desk are quite rude (only after you moved in) and you very often will get a disrespectful look when requesting service (which you'll have to do quite frequently)

Isa does a fantastic job with everything he does he’s very caring he will not leave until the job is done. He knows what he’s doing. He’s pleasant. He treats you more of a Neighbor than a client. He’s informative when he fixes something. He make sure he tells you about it so that it will not break again or that it doesn’t cause default throughout it was something very simple, but it was the quality of the work that he did. We need more of him. I’m not sure why this will not let me do another review. Isa put the towel rack up in my bathroom and did a wonderful job. He deserves an Amazon card.

When I had an issue with my water heater, Vincent showed up within 30 min of me submitting the maintenance request and had it completely replaced and functional in less than 24 hours. He was super friendly and kind. I’ve had great experiences with the maintenance team at the Enclaves

Vincent was amazing at addressing our maintenance issues quickly and effectively. He quickly arrived and got to work and was finished within 20 minutes. He was also friendly and ensured the area he worked on was clean and orderly upon completing.
