The Enclave at St. Lucie West

Olivia was such a pleasure to work with! She showed me a townhouse and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and really took her time explaining everything. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. The townhouse was beautiful, and her positive energy made the tour even better. I’d definitely recommend working with Olivia!

We lived at The Enclave for about 3 years. The last year or so that Terri in the rental office, and Ed in Maintenance have been there, there was a great difference….a positive one! They took care of the complex like it was their own home! They are both so kind and personable. Because of them I would have stayed longer, but we bought a house and that’s the only reason we left there. I highly recommend The Enclave as long as Terri and Ed are there!

Terry has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s bent over backwards on several occasions to get all the information necessary and accommodate two tours. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the property, the details and the process which serve the community and the owners very well. She is an asset and I am Very happy with her service and support through the review process towards leasing a unit at this fine community.

My mom and I applied to The Sequoia on February 27th. We weren’t told we were denied until March 9th, after being given false hope. I had personally sent a rent voucher to Olivia, but she admitted it “wasn’t reviewed,” and then said it wouldn’t have mattered anyway because we still needed 3× the rent, something we were never told before being denied despite us talking about it to make sure it would be accepted. After I forwarded my original email showing the voucher had been submitted, I was only then informed that the voucher would have been treated as a co-signer/guarantor, which the property does not accept, information we were never told at the time of application. We had also informed her that we needed to be out of our current place by April 1st, which made the late denial even more

Living at The Enclave at St. Lucie West has been a wonderful experience. Terri is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about the residents, and Ed in maintenance is fast, thorough, and always helpful. The property is well-kept, issues are handled quickly, and the community feels like home. Highly recommend!
