The Enclave at Fleetwood

I AM OVERJOYED and VERY SATISFIED w/ my NEW unit and home @ THE ENCLAVE in Fleetwood!!! THEE ONE & ONLY Jackson, of ONE OF A KIND Brokers, made the process very easy. He communicated often w/ me, is professional, is very helpful, knowledgeable and informed me of everything that I should know as I went thru on my rental process. Rented this apartment for my mother. Building and management is very unprofessional. Management is very money hungry. They take you to court for every little thing but when it’s time to get in contact with them, it is very difficult. Con Edison meters aren’t associated with the correct Apartment number and management refuses to address it. Electricity bill has been 500 + for a one bed room. Not enough parking space for tenants. They charge for a parking that’s not even close to the building. Services orders are never fulfilled. I could keep going. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve been living at The Enclave at Fleetwood for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building is beautifully maintained, the apartments are spacious and modern, and the location is incredibly convenient—close to the Metro-North, shops, and great restaurants. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and any concerns are addressed right away. It’s clear they’re always working to improve the community. The neighbors are friendly, the common areas are always clean, and it really feels like home here. If you’re looking for a great place to live in the Fleetwood/Mount Vernon area, I highly recommend The Enclave. Five stars all the way!

I was stood up for a tour for this property. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes then left. I moved into 42 Broad. During my first week after moving in, there were 2 ladies from Enclave handing out flyers outside the front of 42 Broad. It was quite ironic.
