The Enclave at Arlington

Beware Beware Beware Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you move here you are only paying for the location……. These apartments are very outdated with white appliances brown cabinets and dirty brown carpet…..Please don’t be fooled by the pictures on their website as they are not accurate. I have lived here over a year and it has went downhill since…… from the dirty grounds that keep mosquitoes in the nasty pond that hasn’t worked since I’ve lived here, to the loud pool parties and all the dog poop, to the flooding in front of my unit and to the MOLD!!!!! Yes I said MOLD in my unit…..There is always a hot water issue and the gates are always damaged/opened due to technical issues so they say. Do not move here if plan to have visitors they will be towed!! No exceptions even with visitors pass there's apparently block out days

As an avid sports fan, there’s no better place to live! Not to mention seeing amazing concerts like Pink & AC/DC right across the street! The staff here have also gone above & beyond here anytime I’ve needed something. Tamra & Karen are awesome to deal with. It’s a great place to live!

This was the worst mistake I've made moving into the apartments. My truck was vandalized on 05/29/25 and 05/30/25 between the hours of 12:00am-5:00am after I arrived home. There were no other cars damaged on either side of me. Someone poured pace all over my windshield. I spoke with Andrehina Munos who stated she would reach out to the company that allegedly monitoring the cameras on property. I was parked seven steps away from the cameras and was told today 06/03/25 that Noone was seen by my car. I asked if the cameras worked because I'm parked closed to the cameras but no coverage. I reached out to the police department for the detective to get the camera coverage of the incident. The leasing office did not show any concerns about the incident. Even though there are a couple of minor comfort issues at the Enclave in Arlington, I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always eager to hear your thoughts. They're always available and happy to help with anything you need!
