Today; 3/1 At this point, I guess I’ll be retaining an attorney. I was giving the option to transfer units due to ongoing loud noise issues and was explicitly told that movers would assist me with moving large furniture did not happen. I transferred my lease and it’s seems that I have a brand new lease! How!!! After the move, the property manager was fired mistreating employees—no surprise, considering this is now the fourth full turnover of management and second leasing agents since I’ve lived here. I was also told an agreement would be worked out regarding my two emotional support animals. Instead, I was lied to. I was assured by Jessica that this would be resolved, and it never was. The Emory is a beautiful apartment and most the staff is very polite and sweet. Even the maintenance guys are quick and respectful. However the high-tech mail rooms , parking gate, door codes and pre installed WiFi are SO UNRELIABLE. I’ve written a review about this before then deleted it and wanted to give Emory another chance but I would be doing a disservice by recommending this complex to anyone. I’ve had a fair share of apartment living and this complex by far is the most frustrating. The mail room is a “ one person at a time” type thing where inside is scattered packages that are never placed in the correct section because even the delivery people get frustrated and drop your things in random places. So anyone inside takes forever searching for their package, which makes retrieving

I toured this property last week and it was stunning. Every detail, every amenity, and every staff member I encountered was so pleasant. What a beautiful apartment community in downtown Plano - the team seems to really care about their residents.

Forgot to post my review when I moved out in 2025. Not surprised to see that all of the problems I faced are still ongoing. Terrible sound proofing. Fire alarms. Horrible WiFi. Pest infestation. Inconsistent trash pickups. Nightmare mail room. Bad EV charging. Tiny elevators for moving. “Previous management’s fault”. Andrea still being Andrea. You really want something to get done (hopefully)? Reach out to Grayco Partners; the parent company. No wonder this place hasn’t been filled yet. Is it even at 50% occupancy or still at 30%? Couple of good things though. Friendly and on time maintenance. Place is clean and secure. Apartments look nice. Save your money and go to Ferro if you really need to stay in Plano.

I've been living here for 6 months and love it. It's the best price for a new apartment in Plano. Easy commute to Dallas or just take DART. Whole Foods is close by and nice restaurants in walking distance. I like that the gym has free weights. Pool is ok, but the courtyard is my happy place. The washer/dryer inside the apartment are an upgrade from my last place and I really like the kitchen - stainless appliances with marble looking counters and big island. I've never had an issue finding parking in the garage. Not everything is perfect, but it's been a lot better than other apartments I've rented.
