My husband and I moved in two months ago with our newborn. We chose this apartment because the area is nice, the unit looked good at first, and it was more affordable compared to other places. Unfortunately, ever since we moved in, it’s been nothing but issues. The biggest problem has been the cockroach infestation. We’ve done everything we can on our end, and maintenance even came to put down traps, but it hasn’t helped at all. It’s clearly a building-wide issue, not just our unit. Another concern is the heating and cooling situation. Starting in October, they turn the chiller off, which means if it gets hot, you’re basically on your own. Such a beautiful apartment . The management is very kind and helpful a woman name Diana in the office helped me and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I would recommend these apartments because of the helpful staff and the overall cleanliness and well maintained property.

The location is great. A new tenant moves into a recently renovated apartment. The management is outstanding. They have added a security gate, keypads instead of locks, and a gym in addition to the pool. Ashley is the best manager that has been there in the last 20 years. She remembers who you are after meeting you once, is very personable, and gets things done.

The management is horrible, the property is in disrepair, but the owners are trying to sell the place off, so they are putting bandaids on real big visible problems I assume to disguise the problems long enough to get it sold. The poor maintence man is run ragged, but they won't hire him any help. The sink in the bathroom of my unit was clogged for nearly 6 weeks, 4 of which I was repeatedly told that a professional plumber had been called out. Sure, this place may be all bills paid, but the price of a 2 bedroom apt is well above what it is worth. As a footnote, they roped a bunch of people in with a bogus promotion they advertised stating that every new renter would be entered into a drawing to win a free car. The new owners are doing a really great job of improving this property! If you’re looking for a safe place to call home this is it! The new unit renovations look amazing, as well as the new amenities that are being added! Remote access gate in the front of the property, brand new full size gym in the leasing building, and the pool should be fired up anytime! They have a great managing team as well as an on sight maintenance manager.
