The Elms at Old Mill

I have never met a better leasing staff! Annika and Cierra have been absolutely amazing getting my family and I into our apartment. They have been professional, kind and caring and have been so patient working with me along the way. The apartment and grounds are clean and well kept. The neighborhood has seemed quiet thus far. I am so thankful and glad to call the elms at old mill home for the next few years!

I’ve been living here since 2014 and have continued to see this community get better and better over the years. The Leasing staff treat you like family and the the groundskeeper Terry always have treats to give to the dogs (she’s my dog’s favorite). The Maintenance Manager Eric at one time was the only maintenance guy on the property and he gets the job done! For the price, the apartments are very spacious, neighbors are Super nice and the community is quiet and well kept. I also like they added a dog park to the community. The Leasing office also have events to bring the neighbors together. I Love it here 😎

Many positives about this place! The grounds are well maintained. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood which is nice. They have a cute little dog park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love that they have events every once in a while for the community. Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, food trucks, a trip to the movies, pool parties, etc.

Do not rent here- bed bugs, rats and roaches This place is infested with rats and roaches. Do not rent here. Office staff appears to be nice but are liars. The assistant manager Cierra is very rude. The property manager donneice doesn't take accountability for what goes on at her property. The regional manager cheryl is racist. The maintenance staff is decent.My building reaks of marijuana smoke. There are several cars in front of my building with dead tags and the towing company pays no attention to it. The trees melt tree sap on residents cars. The buildings are always dirty.There are always gun shots and police on the property.. safety is a huge concern. Don't waste your time or money. Rent elsewhere.

Cierra is the leasing agent that assisted me through my whole process. She kept me informed every step of the way. She listened to my needs and was able to find me the best apartment that accommodated me. She did service with a smile, which is very rare these days. Even still when I walk into the office, it's still the same energy from her. She definitely made my decision to choose Elms at Old Mill an easy one. She is definitely a great asset to this property.
