I had an outstanding experience with Betsy Patrick and Jasmin McLean from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel genuinely valued. The team was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the community and available floor plans. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my needs, preferred move-in timeframe, and lifestyle, which made the tour feel personalized rather than rushed. I think my husband and I may be living in the loveliest location in the complex. We look out on the pond and the beautiful landscape around it. The Elms staff makes a consistent and good effort to keep the grounds in good condition. I give an A+ to the maintenance staff led by Lee. These guys are courteous and more importantly, are quick to respond to service requests. I think it's important to note that our rent, after a year living here, did not increase greatly, which we very much appreciated. I deduct one star because not all residents do their part to maintain the exterior. We have a nice (paid)benefit of trash pickup 5 nights a week, right at our front door. Despite the regulations, we have a neighbor who leaves out her trash for pickup in the morning or over the weekend, when the r

The staff in the leasing office is wonderful and helpful. Particularly, Betsy. She is the one that leased the apartment to me. The neighborhood is safe and serene. The grounds are well kept and the community is scenic. And oh my apartment?? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!! I have a 2 BR with a sunroom and fireplace. The floors are a dark laminate wood and easy to clean. The kitchen is very nice with stainless steel appliances. My separate laundry room is off of the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer. The maintenance staff have been wonderful. Mr. Lee the Maintenance Supervisor and Otto are very accommodating. My needs have been promptly met each and every time. I have recently just moved here and Natalya (leasing office) made the entire process so easy for me because of how helpful and knowledgeable she was. She checked in with me frequently and kept me up to date on all the steps I needed to complete for move in. You can tell how much she cares for the residents and community as a whole.
