Tyler Lindell was the realtor representing the sellers of the home I purchased, and unfortunately, my experience with him was disappointing. Before signing, my amazing realtor and I discussed that a hole in the wall and a stair railing would be fixed. Tyler assured us that these issues would be taken care of by the weekend of October 25, 2024. As of now, neither has been addressed, and my realtor has tried reaching out to Tyler multiple times with no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a lack of follow-through and professionalism. Ensuring both parties are satisfied and cared for should be a priority in any real estate transaction, but Tyler failed to deliver on this front. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with him.

Nate Gronseth was my realtor and I need to say he was an inspiration with his dedication to helping my fiancé and I buy our first house. There are two things that really stuck out to me while working with Nate, one is that he will answer call in the very late hours of the night. The first house we put a bid on Nate watched out for us because the owners were not responding to our request to fix the deck of the house. At almost 11 at night Nate creates then sends me the paper work to cancel the bid so we will not have the obligation to continue with the purchase. The second reason Nate really stood out to us was that he is very honest with his opinion on what I was capable of managing for a first time home buyer.
