The Ellington at Oviedo Park

I’ve lived at the Ellington for nearly a year. Being further along in life and transitioning from home ownership, I wasn’t sure if I’d adapt well to apartment living again. I can say I’ve been very happy here. The leasing office, especially Simon and Sandra, did an excellent job communicating with me from out of state and patiently answered the 1 million questions I had. The maintenance staff (shoutout to Jay and Brandon) is top notch. Noise levels are typical for apartment living and heavily dependent on your neighbor’s sense of courtesy. The location is exceptional: safe, easily walkable to Oviedo on the Park, and within a few minutes’ drive of nearly everything I need. I love the convenience of having several retail shops right in the community - especially Allora Spa and CFS Coffee. I’

beautiful, amazing, and friendly! the apartments are new and I’ve had very little issues. if I ever need help there’s always someone around and all the staff are extremely kind! the monthly events are fun and the billard/pool are always a blast.

BE AWARE LADIES!!! Maintenance walked in on me in the shower. The shower can be heard at the front door and he walked all the way in to the bathroom door and I saw him through the reflection of the mirror. Be aware! They blew it off like an “whoops” See picture below, that’s what I see from the shower and he was in the crack of the door.

Moved here a week ago and I'm already so happy with the decision I made to move here, Sandra gave me the tour, showed me around and helped me with the application, she was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient, the whole management team are super friendly. The Appartment layout is beautiful, the location is great, almost everything is walking distance. I like everything about this place and I highly recommend it.

The leasing team here is amazing! They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Olivia always has a smile on her face when you walk in the door. It’s clear they care about their residents and go out of their way to make the community a great place to live.
