The Elle Collection

I lived at Elle at the Medical Center for four years, and during that time, management changed at least three times. I initially chose this place because it was close to my job and located in what seemed like a decent neighborhood. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, they should be embarrassed. Over the years, I dealt with multiple serious issues—none of which were handled with any real urgency or care. Someone once crashed into my garage, and despite reporting it to the police and providing the leasing office a description of the vehicle, I was told the security cameras were “no help.” Why have cameras if they can’t provide any footage? On another occasion, my car was broken into—on a night when security was supposedly on the

I loved the apartment when we went to look at them, but the staff there are clueless on anything! Told me they had something available, and now they are telling me it’s not available, that they didn’t have anything to begin with. I know they managed 3 different properties.. but cmon! You gotta be more organized then that. Very Disappointed! I think we just dodged a huge bullet here ! They are more then welcome to email me for exact details if they want.

Repeat these thefts and the doors are open 24 hours a day. The place is not safe.
