The Element Apartments

I recently moved in and the process was smooth from start to finish thanks to Patrica at The Element apartments. The leasing team was helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. The apartment was clean and ready on move-in day, and any small concerns were handled quickly. The community feels peaceful and well-maintained so far. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I’m happy with my decision to move here.

Don’t let the ugly reviews of this apartment complex deter you from moving here. I was so nervous about moving here after seeing some of them but I’m actually glad I chose this place. They are so beautiful on the inside. Yes they are older apartments but the way they take so much pride in keeping these apartments nice is such a blessing. It’s ok to have a “regular” apartment. But the pictures online just don’t do them justice! The attention to detail in here is so nice. There was even a little rack for my wine glasses. The security that walks the property every night makes me and my babies feel so safe. He even took the time to introduce himself. Like he actually cares. And don’t get me started with Ms Patricia and the other ladies! They are the absolute best. I’m so grateful to have found

First let me start by saying I have not moved in yet but, every that I’ve talked to in the office has been very nice and helpful I move in in about 2 days and Im coming from out of state they’ve made it a bit less stressful I can say they answer the phone of course ever one gets busy sometimes but they’ve even showed me pictures of the apartment because I wasn’t able to tour my exact unit. I look forward to my move and I am very pleased with service from the team, can’t wait to see more to come.

Ms. Patricia Hendricks has been an outstanding assistant manager here at the Element she goes above and beyond for everyone. I love all the events she does, it really makes it feel like i live in a community not just an apartment. Thanks for always helping me when i need it and making me feel seen & heard.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. the internet speed is perfect and really fast, since I am working from home it very good for me . The management and staff are very kind. I love my apartment.
