The Element Apartments

I moved into The Element Apartments in June, and my experience has been problematic from the very beginning. At move-in, I was given the wrong move-in date, which caused significant confusion and disruption. Because of this lack of communication, I incurred moving-related expenses that management never reimbursed. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with ongoing maintenance issues, most notably a kitchen sink that leaks repeatedly rather than being permanently repaired. Another major concern has been a persistent bug infestation, which has affected my comfort and quality of life in the apartment. I also experienced my car being towed. The apartments are shabby at best most of all the walls are quickly painted over to make the place look nice for the next person who buys it, the swimming pool they advertised is a scam it was closed the whole year I lived there and the gym they have is a single room with 2 treadmill and a pullie system amd the gym was closed for rework the whole year I was there too. The laundry room is in the main office which is closed on weekends. Last thing when I called the office to talk about getting my security deposit back they hung up on me. Don't expect to get your security deposit back.

I moved in about 3 weeks ago, any problems I had with the apartment (which was minor) have been fixed or addressed. However the gym is not available (I was told they have 2 broken machines so no one can go in the gym) which is one of the reasons I chose this location. Hopefully it’s up and running soon although my neighbors said it’s been closed for almost a year. It’s quiet in my building and the area is ok, I think they should get all the amenities open and functional, other than that the staff is nice. Darlin always calls me back if she missed my call and she is always nice and calm. The property manager is also nice and thanks me for my patience when I have an issue.

Initially our first impression of the appartment was amazing. Boy was that short lived, Our apartment ended up having black mold, because the apartment above us had a geyser leak- all they did was bring in dehumidifiers, we had to deal with the rest. My son got so sick. Majority of the amenities weren't up to the standard that they put forward on their website, the dog park is horribly kept up, the pool was barely ever open and available for us to use and the gym equipment was always broken. To top it all off majority of the washers and dryers are out of order, which always made doing laundry a more difficult task than needed. We eventually moved out once our contract had ended and it has now been three months and we are still waiting on our security deposit, it's been a horrible experie
