Management was nice and helpful while living there. Unfortunately my car tires were stolen in broad daylight and guess what ? No cameras. Then , we moved out January 9th and have been trying to pay the final water bill and they sent us to a collection company; who told us to keep calling before it gets reported to our credit. What’s funny is management said the final water bill will be provided 24 hours after move out. That was a lie. We’re getting sent to a collection company bc they couldn’t do the final statement correct. Would not recommend living here if you want to have your tires stolen or a whole month later trying to pay the final water bill and making sure your credit won’t be hit. Oh and they could’ve easily took the water bill money before the refund check was issued but of cou

The leasing managers are very responsive and attentive, making for a warm welcoming living environment. The unit itself self was perfectly clean, new paint and carpet, new window coverings and appliances. The landscape is always immaculately maintained. I also appreciate the ability to rent parking spots for guest so they do not have to park on the street. 5 stars.

The element apartments are well managed. Bye two nice lady's Joyce and Lindsey. I never had any problems getting anything fixed. The maintenance here is very good And this is a very nice place to live. That's why I give it 5 stars.

All I know is that this has been the easiest move in process that I can remember. Lynsay was awesome and super helpful, professional but approachable. The place is nice and the few service requests I’ve needed got finished literally the same day! Good people it seems and I’d like to call this home for a while.

Five-star customer experience with the front office before we've even moved in. Lynsey took incredible care of us throughout the miraculous 24 hour approval process. (Disclaimer: results may not be typical.) Not only was she knowledgeable and informative, but she did so with a lovely demeanor and a warm smile. From a walk-in, impromptu tour of a unit to communicating with colleague, Joyce, about our application (there was other interest in the same unit so Joyce followed up same day to ensure we completed our app in a timely manner!) these ladies were professional to the max. Also the grounds of the property are well maintained and the unit interiors have been recently remodeled; the kitchen is particularly lovely with beautiful countertops and appliances.
