The Edison

I am a current resident and I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. I had some issues during my move in with the unit, and they took great care of me. What would have been months of maintenance requests at another apartment was resolved in days. The maintenance and leasing staff are highly responsive and friendly. The community is quiet and the amenities are really impressive. I had my doubts about the wifi being built-in. Usually that’s a sign of frequent outages and poor connectivity. It’s the fastest internet I’ve ever used. The gym is well stocked and they supply propane for grilling. You will not regret moving here.

This complex is amazing. The amenities are gorgeous and so well taken care of by the dream team of maintenance staff Ron and Joseph. If anything goes wrong in your apartment this same team has it fixed in no time. The apartments themselves are so nice and really easy to make feel like a home you want to come back to. Kelly, Staci, and Zach are always there to make sure that you feel heard and that and that your home feels like a community. This is the first place I’ve lived where the people living in it also seem to want to make the whole building feel like an extended family. If you’re looking for your new home, or just a place away from home while you’re in college this is by far the best place for you to settle.

I've been at The Edison for about 9 months. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I travel quite a bit for work but having a hot tub and well equipped gym makes for a wonderful place to return home to. I've lived in other apartment complexes, but what sets the Edison apart is the staff! Shout out to Stacey, Jasmine, and Ashley for keeping things running smoothly for the residents!

I've lived in the edison for almost two years now, and I've lived in 3 different units. Each unit has been extremely clean, and the staff does a great job of keeping the grounds clean as well. I also love how pet friendly this complex is! The only qualm I have is the dog run - it gets extremely hot during the summer and the turf burns my dog's paws. It would be nice to either simply have dirt or to have some shade awnings built over the area! It's expensive, but the quality of life definitely makes it worth living here. There's frequent tenant appreciation events with free snacks and drinks, the gym is wonderful, and the hot tub is amazing especially during the winter. Shout out to Stacey and Ashley!

My daughters and I, love it here!!! we love the hot tub and the grill! we feel so safe and have had a great experience! We moved from the east coast and will NEVER go back!! Stacy and Ashley are AMAZING!!! They’re understanding and so easy to talk to!! if you’re considering The Edison, please come here!! always clean and maintenance is awesome!!
