The Edison at Bozeman Gateway

I lived in the Edison community for one and a half years. During my time there, I found the community to be new and in good condition. However, I was very disappointed with the office, especially the main manager, whose behavior seemed unprofessional and potentially discriminatory. Furthermore, I encountered incompetence from the engineers. In one case, when I asked the engineer to reschedule an inspection due to lack of time, he insisted on conducting the work immediately, despite my request. Overall, my experience was very negative due to the staff's actions

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience touring The Edison recently. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist. They were not only knowledgeable about the amenities and beautiful apartments but also offered great insights about the local area and must-visit spots once I move. A special shout-out to Rachael, who stood out with her exceptional help. She went above and beyond, even following up with me to ensure I didn't have any additional questions. Her dedication and attentiveness truly made a difference in my decision-making process. With such an incredible experience, I am confident that The Edison is the perfect place for my new home. Renter Beware! Terrible apartments, and clueless staff! I tried to get a garage unit from them 4 times and every time I got a different answer about garage availability and cost. On top of that they cost 3 times more than a storage unit the same size down the road cost. They do monthly giveaways but require the residents to leave positive reviews in order to enter and win. They don’t enforce any of their rules but sent threatening emails to everyone about not breaking them. The hallways always smelled terrible and were very dirty. They couldn’t figure out they needed a snow removal company until the end of winter. And when we finally decided to move out they kept our security deposit and couldn’t provide a list of damages. I was absolutely thrilled when we first toured these apartments. The staff was courteous and polite and we were sold. But we soon learned that that was just for show. Once you get in here they don't return calls properly. You call and ask a specific question which they could easily call and leave you a message about. Instead they call back and say oh I wasn't here because I was busy. Yeah, obviously you're busy, so am I. So why don't you just call and leave a message about the specific question - it's that simple! They do this over and over and over again until you're just like, "You know what, forget it!" It just makes no sense and it's not professional. Also they have really small water heaters.

Staff is friendly and apartments are nice. But they need to make fees more apparent, But I’m sure thats just avenue5 not the Edison. They also need to communicate more idk if that’s because of their ai thing that they’ve got going on or what. But the 4 times me and my partner were contacted were all in one week and they did not ask us for more information in any of the messages. Never had a phone call either. Now they are charging me for a holding fee because I didn’t provide information and we have moved on to another apartment. But they didn’t reach out to get said information. So I’d recommend getting better at communicating to your applicants and judging from your reviews residents
