The Edge Luxury Apartments

we are on our second year here and have always had whatever issue that came up get taken care of very quickly. the property manager Lindsey is awesome and is great at communicating what’s going on within the property, she is also just a great person! can’t recommend this place enough!

I moved into The Edge apartments in November 2024. It was a last minute decision I had to make after the complex I had been approved to move into on November 15 in Ozark was pushed to December 1, 2024 due to building delays. The complex was previously managed by Project Collective management llc. From November 2, 2024 to July 24, 2025 was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. However, on July 25.2025 the both the Edge and The Verdant were bought out by Stone Creek Management. Recently I have had some maintenance issues that needed attention. Maintenance appeared promptly and addressed the issue and while he was there I asked if he had a ladder because I had a closet light that needed new bulbs. Please note this review is for the current owners of the edge and NOT PCM! (Never deal with PCM OR ALISHA they really are as bad as every review says) but I spoke to Dayne and he was super helpful! The property is amazing and I miss living there (wish I got to experience the new owners!)

We just moved into these apartments in June 2025. A few days after moving in we were informed that they sold to another management company. I can confidently say that is THE BEST thing to have happened. The new management is so much more professional and respectful. They have been very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I also want to add that the new maintenance is absolutely phenomenal!! He always greets you by your name and is so timely with repairs. When we had a broken knob on our dryer the team made sure we still had a place to dry laundry and then fixed the issue within a day. We are SO happy with our choice to live here and are confident we will be staying for a long time if things keep going the way they are with the new awesome management team 😊

The Edge I would say is a great place for anyone to live at. It is located in a nice spot where you are close to many things in Springfield like the grocery store and many restaurants. And having the added protection of being gated in is also a nice bonus, also having access to a nice pool and fitness center. Alicia is very understanding and quick to help with anything that you need and helps the move in process go smoothly.
