The Edge at Traverse Point Apartments

Lived here for almost 4 years, in the beginning everything was great! About a year in my dryer stopped working and took 4 cycles for it to dry and the maintenance men had no clue what they were doing and never fixed it so I dealt with the dryer not working pretty much the whole time I lived there. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my bedroom neighbor turn on the water in his bathroom sink and his phone alarm every morning. There is cockroaches everywhere. People leave their trash everywhere AND there is dog poop every where. I have a dog and would pick up his poop every time but it was very discouraging when people would let their dog poop right next to my front door mat. I had a wonderful stay at the Edge. The management are wonderful , easy to talk to and professional. I felt right at home at the Edge at Traverse point community. The swimming pool looks like a resort , surrounded by palm trees and beautiful. Thank You , to the Ege management. You will love it here ! 😁

This apartment is managed by westcorp management. Still no change terrible place to live it's still dirty. Dog poop everywhere. the office still does not have an answering machine to leave a message on. They still don't care about you. They still don't care about taking care of your request on a timely manner or by e mail. In the past summer I've been paying just about $200 on amenity fees. they are charging now $5 a month just to use their packag locker so that you can have packages delivered there whether you use it or not. My water sewage and trash living here has gone up so much I don't know what happened I had asked him to please find out no response. expect to pay in addition to your rent $76 for internet$5 for your locker fee$10 billing fee it's for a company to send you a bill. wa

First of all this place is a zero star. I’ve had to sign 2 contracts with them because they made me an my toddler move from an upstairs unit to a downstairs unit all because the elderly neighbors below called the security every time they heard one peep of a sound after 10pm, so they moved us into a way more expensive unit because “that’s all that was available at the immediate time to forcely make us move “ in the 7 days they notified us to leave…so after having to move … everything went from 1700 a month to 2100 a month with all these other charges that are “included” in the rent” not even the worst part but maintenance takes 6 months to arrive to your door I’ve had busted blinds, broken dishwasher, fridge, lights a drain, I put in a maintenance request every 2 weeks and nobody has shown

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Usually we overlook long negative reviews since everyone has a different idea of what a "bad" experience is, but in the few days we've been here I can say the negative reviews are true and shouldn't be ignored. Just moved in 5 days ago from Ohio and we've had nothing but issues. When we first toured, we were shown the 2br 2ba, and 1bd 1 ba apt's and they looked new and modern. We applied for a 2br 2 ba unit few weeks later, and that's where it started going wrong. Called property over 10 times leaving multiple voicemails and emailed 5 times with questions regarding our future apt and that we haven't received a lease 3 days before move in, with no response from leasing staff. Finally received an answer from Lisa, who is very helpful, and she sent us the lease right away. A
