The Edge at Lakeside

This is ridiculous, every day the compactor is over filled or the garbage pick-up half-asses the job. Some apartments infested with Rats, few neighbors literally had to move. Vandalism on AC units. For the most part this complex is mostly quiet compared to other nearby apartments who have it worse. Leaky issues that should’ve been taken care of prior, need more maintenance and pest control. This is what you see when you go on walks. 2 ⭐️ is a fair rating.

They were very accommodating and understanding since this was our first apartment. The apartments look good and staff are very friendly.

Where do I even begin?? To start off, I believe that this entire complex needs to be rebuilt and new management needs to come in to fix the many problems this place has. When we first moved in, we noticed that the apartment was infested with roaches. They were all over the floor, dead, before we could even bring in our furniture. I do not recall in the past year of living here of seeing a pest control rep or even a truck to show that they were trying to control the roach problems. I have heard from many neighbors in different buildings having problems with the roaches, with some of them even coming out of the outlets. Next, these apartments are not worth the rent prices. Absolutely fantastic place to live! Right beside literally everything I can walk to Walmart, 2 gyms and like every restaurant in orange park! The residents are lovely and the staff are angles! Huge thank you to everyone from the front office for everything! And to the maintenance team, keep up the great work, you guys put “edge” in “the edge” Clean, calm, safe, LGBTQIA friendly, kid friendly and pet friendly. The pool is easily a little slice of heaven on earth!
