The Edge at Freehold

Working with Semsa was an absolute pleasure! She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my lease went smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made the whole process stress-free. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease an apartment!

I want to give credit where credit is due. The maintenance staff at The Edge at Freehold has been nothing but phenomenal. Without any hesitation or delay, they have come to my aid multiple times with issues of all sizes in my apartment. If they can’t fix it, they will never give up until it is resolved. The hallways of my building look like I’m am walking into a hotel… spotless is an understatement. It leaves my guests in awe.

Unsure about the others here, but I have had nothing but a great experience with The Edge at Freehold. Both the staff and the units were awesome. The events were fun and the staff really made it feel like a nice little neighborhood/community. Loved my neighbors and the building. Close to a lot of great restaurants and stores. Gym was smaller but had everything you'd need and was rarely over crowded. The printer at the clubhouse always came in clutch and the staff was kinda like mini family. Even the older staff that left or got promoted were incredible to us. If they had 3 bedroom units I would have just transferred to one of those!

We have lived at The Edge in Freehold for over a year now. All of the office staff has been incredible- to name a few Jess, Sanya Marie, Desiree, Dwight, Jennifer, etc. However, we have been living with a leak for over 7 months now as maintenance tickets were placed over 8 months ago. The living room ceiling and bathroom (as seen in the pictures) is beginning to crack and clumps of the ceiling have been landing on my carpet creating a safety hazard for my child. I have requested callbacks from the corporate line and have had no success. In the meantime, rent has increased roughly 12 percent for our renewal and we are still living with this unreasonable condition. What can we say? There’s only one property in NJ called the The Edge in Freehold. A most professional and knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to make everything perfect. A place one can call home instantaneously. Great apartments with space and closets to spare. We settled in within 2 days and it’s been a magical experience. If you’re looking for a life style, convenience to shopping, The Edge in Freehold is your one and only stop to make.
