Do not waste your time with this complex. It is not what management lead to believe. I have lived here for 2 years, but once my lease is up, I will not be renewing. Most of the reviews on here are not true. Management bribes people into leaving a 5 star review for a free Starbucks gift card. Guess how many did just that? Some of the people who live here have complained about roach infestation and problems with mice. If one has any problems management is terrible at getting anything done. Amanda is the worse when it comes to management. She takes advantage of people and lies. This place also has a lot of drug activity. If there isn't police here often, it's others fighting. The swimming pool hasn't been open since last management, and not to mention, pray that your vehicle doesn't get towed

I havent had any major issues that maintaince hasnt fixed somewhat quick. the laundry room does need improvement, especially the pricing. But its nice, quiet area, and great for the price!
