The Edge Apartments

I love my very spacious 2 Br apartment. Pros: • ~ 6 minutes from campus • Spacious in-unit laundry rooms with a washer/dryer • Walk-in closets • Kitchen appliances already included (except for a microwave) • Community room with a kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker), tables, sofas, and a TV • Fitness room (not a lot of equipment, but hopefully that will change) • Conference room if you want quiet space • Assigned space in the underground heated parking garage Elevator (very useful if you live on the 4th floor) • Central heat/air (a ceiling fan also) • Unassigned above-ground parking • Very friendly manager (Kalen), very friendly maintenance (Jeff, Craig, Devon, & anyone else I forgot), & friendly tenants I have met • Kalen tries t

I am giving this property one star for their lack of communication. I was told I had to call the property manager because the communication manager responds to an initial inquiry. I did as requested and NO ONE will return a phone call after 3 voicemails over a one week period of time. I cannot say how the property is since I was never contacted back. Very disappointing for what looks like a nice property.

I have been speaking with Jennifer & she is the best! As soon as I got on the phone with her I could hear how happy she was in her voice, she answered every single question I had! I can’t wait to move in!

No ones returned my calls it’s making me second guess filling out an application, especially after reading the last review of it taking months.
