The Eden

For anyone seeking a housing experience that requires extensive communication, significant time and effort to maintain basic living conditions, and the ability to coexist with roaches for two months, this apartment may be an ideal choice. Personally, I am extremely disappointed with the management and overall living experience. We first discovered roaches in our apartment in late December. Between late December and the end of January, we proactively contacted the front desk twice to request pest control. On both occasions, pest control called in advance, received our approval, and entered the unit properly. However, neither treatment was effective, and the roach problem persisted. When the issue remained unresolved, I contacted the office for a third time to report that the infestation

I’ve been living here for a few years. Never had a problem, the building is kept very clean and in great shape. Apartment pricing seems fair to me for the size and amenities (pool, gym, terrace with grills, etc.). The staff is great and always friendly. We had a pretty big snow storm this weekend and pretty much the only sidewalks in the area that were shoveled and cleared off well was around our block so they are definitely always on it.

Staff is friendly and building is in a good condition considering how old it is. But if you’re considering moving in here, take into consideration that Keystone jazz bar is in the building and every night they have very loud music until 11 pm if not later. It’s impossible to fall asleep so if you have to wake up early for work, it’s probably not the best place to live. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of it when we were moving in here and it’s a huge deal breaker for us. We live on the 5th floor and facing the other side of the building but you can hear all music through the walls so I guess floor/ city side doesn’t really matter and you’ll have this problem no matter what. I wish leasing agent let us know about that when we were moving in.

Last week I decided to move in here. The Eden does have an exceptional team of staff who are both friendly and highly communicative. David Homere has been outstandingly helpful and responsive throughout the apartment selection and lease-signing process. The building itself feels modern, safe, and impeccably clean, all resident look friendly here. Looking forward to living here!

Spent 30 days here and was not disappointed at all. What I liked about my stay here: 1. Good and friendly people in the building 2. Good views 3. Friendly reception staff 4. Good mail management system 5. Good gym and club house 6. Great events like Breakfast Mondays, wine Wednesday etc.. 7. Communication centre has 4 functional PCs and printer at No cost for members. What could be improved; 1. HVAC system needs upgrade as the cooling and heating is not efficient. 2. Beverage machine should not be timed, can be 24/7 Nothing can be done about below; 1. Noise from Traffic, Blaring siren of Ambulance and Fire department can surely wake you at mid night 2. Smoke from generator of restaurant from next building - on the east side of the building there's a restaurant which would start it's die
