We had a wonderful experience with The Earl. We truly loved the apartment and the building itself, especially the amenities, which are excellent and very well maintained. Owain made the entire process exceptional. He was incredibly diligent, attentive, and kind from the very beginning. He took the time to assist us and showed us the apartment that turned out to be perfect for my husband and me. He made the whole process feel calm, smooth, fast, and easy, always staying on top of everything and being available for anything we needed. His professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out and made a big difference in our decision. We just moved out after 2.5 years here. We loved our unit - one of the few one bed + den there facing the courtyard. The building is extremely walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and retail, and being steps from the metro made daily life very convenient. The building is consistently clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities that we used and appreciated regularly. They also hosts resident events nearly every month, which is a nice touch. Seeing families with young children around the building adds a genuine sense of warmth. The Earl is also very tech-forward, which meaningfully improves day-to-day living. Building doors and apartments can be unlocked via an app (can use physical fobs too), elevators are accessed by tapping a key fob, guests can be issued digital visitor

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The management and staff are consistently friendly and attentive, the location is ideal, and the buildings are always well-maintained. The diverse mix of residents adds a great sense of community. If you're considering Clarendon, this should be your first choice.
