The Duke Metrocenter

TLDR: I've had an overall great experience living at the Duke. If you want a safe and conveniently located apartment to lay your head at night look no further. The front office staff is extremely helpful and eager to solve resident issues to the best of their ability (shoutout to Ramontay and Kuniko)! There may be a small and inconvenient living snag or two, but there is not an apartment community in this city without them, or much much worse. I would recommend the Duke to a friend - and have as they moved in shortly after I did! The Good: The location is excellent with easy access to downtown, the highway, and all that Germantown has to offer. I feel completely safe here and having a parking garage is a god send. Ramontay was the most helpful staff member ever! He made everything so easy and made me want to move in right away. Truly the best experience I have had touring apartments, but HE specifically made the difference.

Kanneko, Romantay and Levi, are a dream team! Being new to Nashville I needed a lot of help and they were professional, knowledgeable and always available. I appreciated their willingness to help, especially on moving day!

The design is modern and streamlined, with well-maintained interiors that just make sense. What really seals the deal is the folks running the place - the staff is professional, helpful, and responsive, making life easy for residents. If you're after a spot that blends comfort, ease, and good service, Duke MetroCenter hits the sweet spot.

The office staff are extremely kind and want to make people happy but it seems their hands are tied when it comes to many issues. I got unlucky and ended up next door to a resident that has 2 large very loud barking dogs. They bark all hours of the night and appear to be left alone for days. I have made numerous attempts to address this with management as at this point I am concerned for the welfare of the dogs —and the issue continues. Over all the place is great but the walls are thin and when you end up with a major issue there is zero resolution or attempt at a resolution.
