The Dove Apartments

There is often a bad smell in the hallway and stains on the carpet in the hallway. The lowest level is very musty. The response for repair requests is slow. There are no cameras or other security measures. They require that you have the carpets professionally cleaned before you move out. We were also charged $120 for getting the vents cleaned after moving out. I've never had that be a requirement anywhere else that I have stayed. If you are looking for an affordable place, it fits the bill, but you get what you pay for.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. You get what you paid for. The end of lease requirements are outrageous and a rip off.
