The Douglas at Stonelake Apartments

Community is beautiful and a perfect location. Tony Jones is the kindest leasing manager. I approached him with a few questions and he took the time to truly listen and address everything with patience and care. He made sure I felt heard and supported, not just rushed through the issue. His professionalism and empathy are a big reason the property is so well run and why it feels good to live here. I highly recommend this community because Tony genuinely looks out for the residents.

When I first moved here in January of 2025, there was different management and staff. Once the management team changed, and Kevin came, he informed that I overpaid (which I had no idea of). Kevin helped me figure out where the issues lied, and kept the promise that it would be applied to my existing lease, and from that day never had any issues with this complex. I just renewed my lease, it’s my 2nd year here and I couldn’t be more appreciative and excited. Kevin, Sebastian, and Tony are great, the maintenance team is amazing, and the other tenants are pleasant. The Douglas at Stonelake is by far the best place I’ve lived.

The Monday night football event was fun! Everyone was socializing and having a good time. Kevin always makes me feel welcome. He’s done a great job bringing the community together.

Moving into The Douglas has been a fantastic experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Sebastian. He was incredibly helpful from our first interaction, consistently communicating with us and making sure our move-in was simple and easy. We were sold on the incredible 6-week rent-free promotion, which was a huge bonus. Our new 3-bedroom unit is everything we wanted—modern, spacious, and perfectly located. The property itself is only 8 years old, but the amenities are second to none. We also had a brief but great experience with Tony, the manager, when Sebastian was off. We're so excited to start this new chapter and create memories in such a beautiful place. If you're considering a move here, I highly recommend asking for Sebastian!

The event they hosted today was amazing! They always make everyone feel welcomed and it feels like a community living here. This was my first event I will be coming again! Kevin was amazing as always this man deserves a raise!
