I would strongly caution professionals against moving into this building. My leasing experience began with being placed in the wrong apartment with the wrong view. The leasing agent I was working with then disappeared entirely, with no transition, no follow up, and no accountability. I never received a welcome package or proper onboarding. More concerning is the ongoing operational failure. Management refuses to provide a second set of keys and offers no viable access solution for working residents. I was explicitly told that if I need a cleaner or service provider, I must leave work to come home and open the door myself. Management provided no alternatives and told me to “find my own solution,” despite the fact that access control is entirely within their authority. This is not how a p

I lived at the Dorsey for 1.5 years and LOVED IT. The BEST pool deck in Miami. Young, hip crowd - easy to make new friends in the community. All staff from leasing to maintenance to front desk were very professional and helpful. Service requests were always answered promptly. I will miss the Dorsey!!!

I had a very disappointing experience living in this building. Management is rude, unfriendly, and extremely strict. From the beginning, I felt misinformed about policies and charges. They will try to overcharge you for unnecessary things, and communication is unclear and misleading. The environment is not welcoming at all. I’ve never lived in a building with such an uncomfortable atmosphere. The amenities are also not well-maintained or clean. I am not the only resident who feels this way. Many neighbors share the same complaints, and most people I’ve spoken to plan to leave when their lease ends. I strongly recommend speaking to current residents before moving in so you can hear their experiences for yourself.
