Touring the new neighborhood Townhomes with Donna Wright was extremely phenomenal. She was extremely supportive and went above and beyond with the whole process and also in addressing all my concerns. Exceptional Five Star Service ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You Donna Wright!

The Dominion is such a great apartment 10/10 recommended. I love everything about this apartment and all the workers in this apartment are so great like Donna, Elizabeth, Rosie, Edgar,and Sarah.

This complex is a joke. All the fees they let you know of during the paperwork process is a lie. They charge an additional $150 for nonsense fees which I never had to pay for living in different complexes all over Houston. Before living here I saw a very bad review, I ignored and now regret it. They try to get any little dollar they can out of you . Look for better townhomes if I were you. Units need upgrades for the amount this complex is charging. All old fridges, washer/dryer, cabinets. Even though I like the space the unit has it is not worth all of the hassle of living here sadly.

This review is for my move in experience. Everyone is so helpful. From day one of me walking in to view the complex, Donna has been so kind. Donna listens to your needs and placed me in the right apartment for what I needed. I am thankful for the awesome experience and the staff that were a part of my experience

I fell in love when I toured this place in September. The units are so spacious, the residents and office staff, and maintenance are friendly! It’s like a little neighborhood. I feel safe here as well! They keep the property clean!! I have been here a few weeks so far and no complaints at all.
