I was looking for a appartment for my parents and met Gisella in leasing office.She is absolutely wonderful! She was professional and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. made everything smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her dedication, patience, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend working with her!

Stay away from this apartment complex. Getting your security deposit back is nearly impossible — management finds ways to charge tenants for cleaning and miscellaneous fees regardless of how well the apartment is left. The appliances are extremely outdated and poorly maintained, looking like they haven’t been replaced in decades. The biggest issue is safety and quality of living. There is constant foot traffic from questionable visitors, and people knock on doors at all hours of the day and night, creating an unsafe and stressful environment, especially for families trying to live peacefully. To make matters worse, management pressures tenants to leave 5-star reviews, which makes many of the positive ratings highly questionable and not a true reflection of residents’ real experiences. Ov

Apartments are decent. The gym has been falling apart for years with no hope of it getting fixed. The pool can be nice when it's not littered with trash for days on end. The maintenance team is friendly, but the management team is not helpful at all. The bombshells nearby is constantly causing trouble or breaking the fence down. Not uncommon to hear gunshots from their parking lot. The gates are usually broken and remain open for anyone to pull in.

I live in apartment 13206 about two weeks This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had, and it started before I even moved in. I came by a few days early hoping to tour my unit. I was flat-out denied because there was “only one person in the office.” That should’ve been my first warning sign about how poorly this place is run. Then move-in day comes, and it somehow gets worse. I walk into my apartment and the fridge looks like it’s been through a war — scratched everywhere, dented, and clearly not something any new tenant should ever accept. I immediately called the office to ask for a replacement. Over the phone, management told me “If it works, we’re not replacing it.”That alone shows how little they care about residents. My encounter with Gisella was absolutely exceptional, as it was my fourth apartment visit of the day. I went in with my son just to look at some possible choices. As soon as we stepped foot in the office, a woman whose infectious smile and positive energy welcomed us. She was amiable, gentle, and eager to lend a hand. Ultimately, I submitted my application within an hour of meeting her. I told her that I applied because of her, not merely because the apartments appeared suitable.
