Breckyn Guynup is amazing! She was so willing to help with every detail, from my initial tour to actually moving in and everything in between. Such an absolute delight to work with. Always willing to answer my questions, walk me through every detail with a smile. She's made me feel like such a welcome part of The District Community. This place is clean and well maintained. Whether you are in a newly renovated apartment or one of the old ones. I am so impressed with how clean everything is, the beautiful landscape and patios, how quiet and peaceful the complex is. Even in the middle of unpacking it feels like home. The apartment uses space wisely. It offers onsite storage and secure parking at a reasonable price. Definitely the best place I have lived since moving to Colorado in 2021. This

I have been here for about four months, and I am so happy here at The District. it is a very nice and clean property, and I feel safe here. I worked with Jessie Vera who was patient with all of my millions of questions, during the showing of the apartment I am now in (I love it so much!!), He was easy to work with during and after the application process something I appreciate very much. He is approachable and takes care of problems quickly. Thank you so much Jessie Vera for making me feel welcome!!

DJ and Ryan the maintenance crew do a 5 star job! They always take care of issues and are nice and respectful of my apartment even even though my dog my dog always gives them a hard time. If it were just a review for the maintenance crew it’d be a five star rating all the way. It’s a 4 star for the property overall though because I do like living here but there were some unfulfilled promises from the office staff about some amenity and common space upgrades that were supposed to take place in the last year that never happened. There used to be a hot tub here and Holland ripped it out a month after taking over and never offered anything for taking away an amenity from residents. that must have saved them on energy labor and water but those savings were not passed on to residence or put bac

I've been living at the District for almost 8 years and I love it here. Unfortunately, working with the previous administration (Windsor) became very uneasy but since the new administration (Holland) took over, everything has changed for good! they have improve the buildings and everything runs smooth again. Brecken, Jessie and Teriah are always willing to help with great disposition. Kudos to them!
