I have written multiple emails about the course of my stay at one of their properties and they are go unanswered and never solved. Beware of this DREADFUL COMPANY. THEY THINK THIS NOISE LEVEL FROM THE TENET ABOVE IS ACCEPTABLE WITHOUT SOLVING THE ISSUE. DONT RENT JACK FROM THESE PEOPLE -5STARS IF I COULD.

Horrible representation of your company by the woman in charge of your event planning. Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Might want to reconsider who you have representing your brand at events.

EDIT JUNE 2025: This is now the fourth day of continuous fire alarms, screaming alarms, intermittent elevator shutdowns, etc. I called the leasing office yesterday and received no response. If you're interested in working from home - good luck!! God forbid there's an actual fire, these alarms are meaningless. EDIT MAY 2025: Check your ledgers! While reviewing rent this month, I discovered we have been charged $60/mo for a storage unit we never received (and complained about not receiving 10+ times). Management is now a bit better with the new hires, but we've been trying to contact someone to inquire about lease renewals for 2 months and haven't heard back - being told it's "all electronic". After dealing with significant issues at Sterling Union Apartments, I reached out to Dinerstein Management Company, hoping they would help resolve the situation, but the outcome was even more disappointing. At Sterling, I was told no new tenant could take over my lease until I paid the reletting fee, yet they gave the keys to someone else before I had made the payment. Despite this, I went ahead and paid the same day, only for Sterling to move my name to another unit without my consent and continue charging me rent. I provided Dinerstein with all the necessary documentation, including receipts and communications proving the errors, but instead of addressing the problem, they ignored the facts and continued to defend Sterling's actions. They even altered payment records to cover their track
