Jack and Ria Dhanji are the best team of real estate agents in South Florida. They are professional, knowledgeable and experts in their field. They sold our house for top dollar and guided/ helped every step of the way in getting our new house. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for any real estate needs in future.
I called Jack because my other Parkland real estate agent just plain did nothing after 6 months of my house not selling. Jack took charge and coordinated some mild rehabilitation (paint, door pulls, stagings) and within 2 weeks we a a full price offer. Bottom line, Jack got the HOME SOLD!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Dhanji Team to all my friends and neighbors in Parkland.
Ria really listened to me, I got most of what I wanted and needed, she was helpful, and very patient with me. Helped me during and after the sale, I appreciate her help and support.
