The Dels - Mammoth Springs

Great place to live! I've been here for about 3 years now and I don't have one complaint about the place. Each apartment is priced differently but its well priced for what you get. They will work with you on just about anything you just gotta communicate with them. They keep up with the place and keep it looking nice!

Having lived at a Dels location for over a year and a half, I have to say it has been pleasant. Growing pains throughout company has hindered communication at times but overall, I am happy with my experience. When I first moved in, I was in a struggle with a lot of life changes. They made it easy and helped me get into a place of my own. I lived in that apartment until time for a bigger place, and I didn’t bother looking elsewhere. I simply found a bigger apartment at this same location. I have seen a few reviews that have been negative but alas, if you have all your ducks in a row, pay your rent in time, keep your balcony and living area clean and organized and not make the place look like shit, you won’t have problems! Thank you Dels for all you are doing in the community.

I absolutely love living here. My one bedroom apartment is perfect and very well maintained. They are wonderful to work with and assist with anything that comes up.

If you want a place to stay that's 4 walls and a roof I guess this will do. Be warned, you will not be able to have anything, even on your balcony, nothing personal outside, they will constantly tack fees on you without telling you why, there is not actual number to call because it's Google numbers to outsourced places, but the main people never want to talk on the phone, just text, and are horrible to actually get a hold of. There is a MAJOR spider infestation. You can clean your door and the next day you open it to step out and there's a spider in your face. A tenant attacked another and nothing was done, the lower units are covered with mold/mildew, and the owners don't care. Stayed there for three months the place is covered with spiders outside everybody except a handful of people there are tweakers and drunks I was attacked by a deranged man and they continue to let him stay until recently the place is definitely dangerous and anyone who wants proof I have it just ask me I’ll prove this statement stay anywhere but here also if you can’t pay on the first of every month there’s a 25 dollar a day fee so yeah good luck to anyone who isn’t on social security in a nutshell save your money and stay somewhere else
