The Dels - Heber Springs

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been living there for a few months now and I needed something unexpectedly, ASAP. The price is affordable with utilities included and I also get to keep my fur baby for only $25 extra a month. Apartments are freshly remodeled and completely modern. All my neighbor's have been great and there is 24/7 on site maintenance and laundry on site as well. The environment is quiet and super close to absolutely everything. You have the option between 6 months and 1 month lease. Getting into these apartments also is very easy. The owners are very quick and their responses. I'm very happy with a choice that I made to live there. I chose the 6-month lease just to see how things would go but I definitely will be signing up for the one year l

Have lived here over 2 years staff has always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues the grounds are kept very nicely are always a priority. The management is always quick to point out any issues that anyone has that might affect other tenants in a courteous way and keeps you informed of any information you need . Overall I have had a very good experience and would and have recommended Sugarloaf Studios .

In my experience, any concerns I've had have been addressed in a timely manner. My communications with management have been positive, and constructive. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to become part of the Dels community.

I’m new to Del and so far I’m loving it! The other tenants seem very friendly, the staff has been so helpful and friendly. I had a week to move and the dels got me right in. They’re very cute, quiet, safe place to be. I highly recommend this place! 😊

Easy and fast and affordable! I needed a place asap and within a week they had me moved in! They are very understanding people as well! They have helped me and worked with me whenever I need. Very clean and kept up. -Raven Morris
