The Delford

I'm coming up on my 1 year of living at the Delford and I will honestly say this complex is the best apartment complex I've ever rented. Management staff is absolutely amazing, David and Marcus have been nothing but kind and helpful especially when I lost one of my employments and fell into a financial issue for a bit. They were very empathetic and understanding. The maintenance staff is phenomenal! Everything is super clean and it always smells amazing in the building. Residents are very respectful and kind. It's very quiet even with all the traffic driving by and a busy mall behind the building. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend reaching out to David and Marcus to make this place your home.

This is one of the premier communities in Bergen County. My experience with Ramiro Guerra has been unbelievable. He is truly amazing. He is the reason that I ended up leasing an apartment. He’s absolutely wonderful! Thanks for everything, Ramiro!

My husband and I moved to the Delford in April, and we couldn't be happier. We first met Marcus, who assisted us with the lease, and he has been a joy to work with ever since. He’s always been quick to respond to our questions and has gone above and beyond to help us. The apartment building has staff cleaning every day. Everything is new and modern. I absolutely love the gym and the pool. We're very content here and plan to renew our lease for another year!

Finding the perfect place with the right location and amenities was a challenge, but The Delford made the process so easy! I received a response within 15 minutes of reaching out, and Sanjeev, the building owner, personally called to connect me with Alex. Both of them were incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process. Alex went above and beyond to help me get settled quickly. The staff here are friendly and attentive, the building is spotless, and the amenities are high-quality. The units are modern and well-maintained, complete with updated appliances. I’m so happy with my decision to move here—it truly feels like home!

Before moving into the Delford, I had viewed many other apartment buildings. Being on my own for the very first time, I was looking for a place where I would feel safe! The Delford absolutely offered me that sense of security. From the front door access app, to the concierge. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I am so grateful to Marcus Lee, who made the transition to my new home pleasant and painless. He’s was not only professional, but extremely nice and very helpful with any questions, or concerns, I may have had. The building is very well kept. It is clean, gorgeous and the amenities “good God”, is definitely worth every penny. I can not wait for this summer to dip into the pool. I would recommend the Delford to anyone who is looking to find a place that’s safe and beautiful.
