The Delbar

My husband and I stayed here for a year and wish we could have stayed longer!! The office staff was patient and kind. They answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The maintenance crew was phenomenal! They were quick to come and fix any issues that you had. Very responsive! Located in a great spot, walking distance to in town perkasie! I would recommend living here.

I lived here for a year in a studio apt and I’ll say this had been my favorite apartment I’ve moved to. The apts were new when I moved in so it’s was well put together and very clean obviously, but aside from that the staff there is awesome and will always answer any questions or emails as soon as they can. Unfortunately the only reason I had to move was because of the distance of my daily commute. However, if I had to chance to move back here in the future I definitely would.

I’ve been at The Delbar for 4 months now and the management team has been professional, responsive, and it’s clear they care. Any questions or concerns I’ve had for the office were addressed quickly and with a smile. The maintenance staff is efficient, friendly, and always quick to resolve any issues. The property is well-kept, and it’s clear the team takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. I’m very happy to be here.

The Delbar Apartments. Time does fly by it is almost a year since I moved into this wonderful community. People ask me ever week, How do I like living at The Delbar ?. My response is always the same " I Love It". This is a quite community of older and young people, and every person I have meet is nicer than the other. In addition The staff is great !!! always willing to help in any issue you might have. If your looking to move, put this on the top of your list as The Delbar is a place to visit, located in the wounder town of Perkasie, PA.

I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Neta, the Delbar management office and maintenance staff for a wonderful experience at The Delbar.
