The Delaney at East Park

I am in the process of locating an apartment in the Kennesaw State University area of town. I just wanted to shout out what a pleasure it was to tour with Jabril Abdul-Malik. I recently toured East Park at Delaney Apartments with Jabril, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the amenities are modern and inviting. I had such a wonderful experience touring The Delaney at East Park thanks to Monica. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire tour. I had quite a few questions, and she never made me feel rushed or overlooked she truly made me feel seen and heard. Her professionalism and warm spirit stood out immediately. Monica is a true gem, and experiences like that make all the difference when you’re looking for your next home! The property is also beautiful!

I am not a resident, however I took a tour with their amazing tour guide Jabril. He was so informative while being energetic and enthusiastic about the perks of the property and the benefits of living there. He was quick to inform us about any promotions and how we can stay connected with the Delaney. I loved my experience and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I have been living at the Delaney for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. Jabril in the leasing office was the biggest reason my best friend & I decided to move into the Delaney he answered all bazillion of our questions during our tour with such positive energy :)

After closer inspection, this rating appears inflated, as many 5-star reviews are from people who do not live in the complex.
