The Dean Reno

I just went on a tour the other week and I loved the building so much. A girl named Kate took me and my friends and she absolutely sold us on the place. We all sign immediately after the tour and it was such an easy and smooth process. I’m so exited to be a future resident!

Warning for Students and Parents: After a 2-year lease on B1- penthouse level ($1260 per person) please don’t assume your first preference on renewal as we did, sadly. My daughter was explicitly told she had until 2/2/2026 by closing at 6:00 PM to renew her apartment. This was not vague, she spoke face-to-face with two staff members and also has a voicemail confirming the exact deadline. She rearranged her schedule and arrived at 5:40 PM on 2/2/2026, fully prepared to sign her renewal. Instead, she was told by a Dean Reno employee that her apartment had a signed lease already, and it wasn’t her…. “Sorry.” What followed were multiple phone calls and emails. I live at the Dean Reno and it is by far the best student apartment near UNR. Hannah Garrett was very helpful when I had questions about signing my lease. She was very communicative and made the signing process super easy. The location and amenities make this apartment complex a perfect place to live!

My daughter lives at the Dean Reno, and she loves it! It’s close to campus, it’s safe, it’s got great amenities, fun activities, and she’s met some really great people there. They’ve got a great set up for the kids, easy way to pay rent, and great communications and reminders about paying rent. I am happy that my daughter found such a wonderful place to live.

I went on a tour with Gracie and she was very informative and helped me a lot with signing a lease and answered all my questions I had about my lease and about things included in my lease. Great property, love the dean and the awesome front office staff.
