The Dayton

We moved from our house in Texas to an apartment in Ridgewood NJ with two boys, 6 and 3 years old. What we anticipated as being a huge challenge, was all mitigated by the amazing people who run The Dayton. We feel blessed and lucky to have found a place where the team here has been so welcoming. We love it here!

We love living at the Dayton. Our apartment is huge with two floors and is done with the most upscale finishings. The whole building is beautiful with wonderful amenities like a gym and community room. The building has a terrific concierge and staff. And a great plus is the building's on site manager, who is always there to promptly resolve any issues. We hope to live here for many years to come.

Amazing Experience at the Dayton in Ridgewood Living at Dayton Apartments in Ridgewood has been an absolute pleasure! The design of my apartment is stunning, with upscale appliances and luxurious finishes that make it feel like a true home. The location is unbeatable—everything I need is within walking distance, from the train station to a fantastic variety of restaurants and shops. One of the features that sets Dayton Apartments apart from other buildings in town is the covered parking—it’s such a great convenience. The amenities here are also top-notch! The rooftop space is incredible, with grills, tables, and even a TV. It’s perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The building internal and external are so beautiful. The staff is fantastic. The staff and team are always so helpful and kind, and the concierge is amazing. The rooftop area, event lounge area with pool table, nice courtyard area, quiet library area, fitness center and lots of restaurants/dining that are within walking distance. There’s a very nice park and the local bus to NYC and train are all within walking distance as well. The Dayton in Ridgewood instantly made us feel right at home.

The Dayton is a superb luxury apartment right next to downtown Ridgewood and steps from the train. I lived there from April 2021 until l purchased my home and I couldn’t have been happier. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and hsve all new amenities. The staff is friendly as well as the community. There is truly something here for everyone. Whether you are starting out or retiring. I was truly sad to leave. Most luxurious apartment I’ve ever lived in. Worth every penny.
