My most recent deal with them was our largest yet, a $3.3M luxury custom build, that they were able to find a buyer early in the build process. This allowed not only for the prospective buyer to choose their preferred finishes, but also brought us piece of mind, knowing that we would not have to sit on this property potentially post completion. His team was absolutely awesome, especially workong with his assistant, Cassidy. They called me and kept me updated on every step throughout the process. They really fought for me.After pulling the contract and going to look at more houses, Spencer asked me to consider new construction. I didn't think I would be interested in new construction.
