I’m reaching out because I’m genuinely concerned and hoping to understand if anyone else has gone through something similar. I haven’t even been here a full year, and my rent has already increased by almost $200. On top of that, I’m paying my own bills and the community bills for the complex, which feels like I’m being charged twice for the same things. I hesitated to say anything, but I’m honestly worried that by the time my lease ends, I’ll be paying the price of a larger unit even though nothing about my space has changed. I’m just trying to understand why these charges are stacking the way they are, because it’s starting to feel overwhelming

I have hesitated to write this review for a long time because it’s honestly hard to know where to begin. This has been, without question, the worst housing experience I have ever had. I moved into this apartment seven months pregnant, without having been able to view the unit beforehand. After the very first night, I discovered that the apartment had a bedbug infestation. The physical and emotional toll this took on me during late pregnancy was overwhelming. No one should ever experience something like this, especially while pregnant. While management did allow me to break my lease due to the unit, but they did not refund the full amount I was owed. I had to go back and forth repeatedly just to receive a partial refund, which was the best outcome I could get despite the circumstances. Ev

My experience here has been great! I've never ran into any issues with the team. They maintain the property consistently. It's a safe neighborhood even with kids. Many kids who play in the complex which shows it's safety. The office team ( Haylee, Kelsey, and marin ) along with the maintenance team ( Jeff, Andrew, and Seth ) have been outstanding. They care for you as a resident. I would highly recommend staying here or checking it out for your next home 👍🏼

Seth Hardy consistently responds to and complete maintenance requests in a prompt manner. I enjoy the property and amenities, but the maintenance really shines.

Reluctant current resident here. I would give zero stars if I could. They give residents points for reviews as an incentive so i wouldn’t really believe any of the other dishonest ones. I personally moved here sight unseen , was disgusted by my unit the minute I saw it , and by that point I was already stuck in a lease . The unit was disgusting upon move in . It was filthy , mold ridden , melted toys on the smashed in heater vents , dishes still in the dishwasher ! I moved here during the summer so my windows were almost always open . I did mention smell of smoke odor multiple times and assumed it was coming in from my windows but was told I would need to get pictures of the smokers for management to act on it - turns out the previous tenants were HEAVY smokers and they painted over almos
